The Nordic-Baltic MDB meeting in Oslo 23-24 January is rapidly approaching. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Oslo, to fruitful meetings, vivid discussions and social gatherings.

For practical purposes and logistics, we kindly ask you to register your participation here. In addition to registration of your participation, you will also find information regarding booking of hotel, the draft programme and other information we think might be useful for you.
We kindly ask you to register your participation by 6 December. We also recommend that you book your accommodation within the same date. We have done a block booking of rooms from 22 to 24 January in the same hotel where the meetings will take place. (In case you would like to spend the weekend 24 to 26 January in Oslo, we have negotiated a special rate with the same hotel).
In the afternoon of 23 January we are planning an outdoor cultural activity, to which we kindly ask you to register. (Please note that warm clothing and footwear will be necessary.) In the evening of 23 January we will be hosting a dinner, to which we also kindly ask you to register as well as indicate any dietary restrictions.
